The lunch menu runs for three week cycle. There is a wide selection of salads available every day from the salad bar. A wide variety of wholemeal and white bread is available every day. Only British chicken and turkey are used and our lamb comes from New Zealand or Australia.
Sausages and Burgers are made for us to a specific recipe which includes reduced salt. The fillets of fish we use are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council.
We use wholegrain rice and organic whole wheat pasta. A variety of fresh fruit is available each day.
